PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Why Restorative Parenting?

Restorative Parenting Coaching/Curriculum helps transform the parent-child relationship by imparting knowledge and skills parents can use immediately in their personal and professional life. Prefaced with understanding trauma and its impact, the curriculum provides tools to move into a place of resolve while improving the quality of the parent-child relationship.

Program

Restorative Parenting's foundation of Restorative Practices is supported by extensive research, and has demonstrated positive outcomes in a wide variety of settings beyond the home. Parents and caregiver’s will learn practical strategies to build strong, healthy relationships with their children and extended family members and learn to diffuse conflict and manage their children’s behavior positively. Interactive experiences bring you to a full understanding of the fundamental unifying premise of restorative practices—that people (especially children) are happier, more cooperative and productive and more likely to make positive changes in their lives when those in positions of authority, such as parents, do things with them rather than to them or for them.
